Day 49 - The sweetest thing...

Just a super quick blog. Just got home from a friend's surprise birthday party. Prepared some dough to bake the ciabatta tomorrow. I'm again doing two loaves, but have modified the recipes - one to include garlic chunks (white) and one where I'm trying to use wholemeal instead of white (the poolish still using white though.

Just finished preparing the doughs and letting them sit. Just past 1am now. Opened the fridge door to find the loveliest surprise!

My evening snack of milk fruits and egg, all measured, prepared with the egg all peeled and even de-yolked for me. It's so wonderful to have that last thing of the day all nicely prepared for you when you're ready to crash.
