We can barley walk!
For the past 3 days, we did our exercise at the park next to The Holiday Inn in Boston and had breakfast at the lobby, their pancakes are delicious!
The breakfast is buffet style with hard boiled eggs, skim milk, wheat toasts - all PCP permitted! They also have a pancake maker called "The Popcake Machine" which delicious pancakes just come by pressing a couple of buttons!
I had one each day without butter and maple syrup (of course!) but it still taste awesome! It was the motivation to keep me going with the tough exercises for the past 3 days.
Now that we are leaving, I've to look for other things to replace the pancakes to keep me going for the next few days' exercises. Maybe we'll try making our healthy pancakes with fresh fruits as toppings. YUM!
I guess whole wheat pancakes could be a carb, but you'd have to forego the maple syrup etc!
ReplyDeleteThe exercises will keep ramping up, but it will get you the results you are wanting.
Pancakes...YUM! Haven't had 'em in a long time (since PCP started)...may just treat myself to some after my final blog post (it ain't over until THAT final post). Have fun!
